im looking for a extremely experienced weapons modder to possibly make these weapons come to life in skyrim mod is semi not lore friendly which is fine .

this modder had a execelent start but unsure if he is still modding or updating this one http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12281/?

these swords would be animated like from mod in the above link which is why im looking for a experienced modder.
