It would probably be more useful to have a place for people to post their job offers so that those who are looking for work only have to check one place, based on their skills. IE. Someone looking to hire a script writer would post in the script writer board and explain the details of what they need. While you could technically do that in any other forum, being able to seperate it by category, and having it seperated from all the usual modding chatter would increase the chances of anyone taking notice. For someone actually looking for a project fitting their skills, having them together in one place would be very convenient - and seeing how much is available to do might inspire more people to learn how.
