chemist / chem resistant requirements switch & awareness always & then some suggestions

hi!

 

so i'll just jot down the two things i'd like to have as a mod,

 

one would be about switching the requirements of chemist / chem resistant perks, so that chemist would be in the endurance tree & that chem resistant would be in the intelligence tree, because i like to save some points by going intelligence 1 and idiot savant, but one or two ranks in chemist, that's something i'd really like to be able to distribute without cheating.

 

and the other one would be about the awareness perk, in vanilla it's so that you see the level & dr of enemies when you're in vats but i'd like to also see that when i'm outside vats.

 

so, that's already it, maybe there would be a third one, since there already is a better weapon mod, better armor mod, more detailed perk description mod/s out there but what about a better magazine perk description mod, especially for the barter magazines.

 

a fourth one would be about, is it too hard to program? i wonder why no mod exists that does that, just adding a button or a function, maybe through adding an object in the workshop build mode, you then could build a whatever, later scrap it, and it would execute a batch that scraps everything that is in your workbench inventory, because, either you need local leader 1 or strong back 4 or you'll have to spent much time scrolling through the workbench inventory in order to build up a faraway settlement. if you'd be able to scrap the whole workbench inventory then you'd be able to do it without local leader 1 and without strong back 4 and without it using up much time for scrolling through your inventory.

 

then i would love to have a small mod that gives you the original dialogue menu back, since mine is f'd up after idk what, i installed no mod that explicitly changed the dialogue system but it is changed and i can't revert it back and it annoys me because i liked the easy original dialogue menu.

 

one other minor mod that would be funny would be one that reduces the carry weight of purified water to zero, so that you could lug it around with you as a currency indefinetly.

 

what else?

 

now we got a lot of small changes, i list 2 other ones i'd like or i'll already have because mods that do that already exist, one is the quieter and less obnoxious grim reaper sprint's sound, another one is about the night person night/day sight, it disables it, though i would like to have it so that it is there when you're outside and is not there when you're inside a building, but a mod which does that doesn't yet exist.

 

i also enjoyed "more legendary spawns", "legendary loot rebalanced" and "enemies level now scale in all locations", also more spawns in general and then one mod that would combine them all would be nice. but i don't know if anyone wants to do that since there are already mods out there which do that, but it's 4 different ones for 4 different things, well.
