MartineV Posted January 2, 2016 Share Posted January 2, 2016 (edited) I'm incredibly annoyed that after you have assigned a companion to one of your settlements you can never again get them to go back to their original home. This is a dumb oversight, bordering on being a bug. The original home of the companion should be available from the drop down menu. So ideally I would like a mod that add to the send to menu their default home location. If that's too difficult with the current modding tools, a simple way to reset it would be ok too, Piper needs to go home to her sister, who leaves a teen on their own this long. Nick needs to go back to his office, his assistant misses him and he's miserable hanging around Red Rocket. Deacon has important work to do and he's tired of waiting around. And basically I'm sick of all of them hanging around wanting to talk to me constantly. lol. Yes I know i can exile them, but that's not what I want to do. Turns out when you get the list of places to send them and you click cancel or whatever key means cancel for you it sends them back to their home. wherever it is you go to recruit them. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
volksjager88 Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 canceling ONLY works if you have never sent them anywhere else.once you send them to a settlement they can never go home - it very annoying and should be fixed.some followers like Cait don't really have a good home and for those im fine with them in Sanctuarybut Piper, Nick and Hancock for sure should be in their homes.i figured out the cancel thing early and was able to send Nick and Hancock homebut my Piper is stuck in Sanctuary Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
