Moded Game- Ghouls After Dream Wont Die

Hello Again;

 

Don't know if this is the right place to post this issue...If not please let me know and I will remove this post.

 

The ghouls that appear after the dream have 0 HP and will not die...Happened after much learning how to add mods and compiling multiple times.

 

I may need to do a fresh install (again). Have validated game cache multiple times.

 

So, any ideas how to fix this issue??

I've played through several times and frankly I cannot pinpoint the dream sequence you are referring to. 'Novigrad Dreaming' and 'Through Time and Space' are the only two dream sequences that are quest related..neither has any Ghouls. The only thing that matches is the opening sequence in White Orchard. Modded Game..... with what ? Help with a modded game requires slightly more information than 'it's broken'.

 

What mods are used, were there unresolved script merger issues, what steps have you already taken to pin down the problem?

Have you deactivated all the mods that you suspect are problematic and reactivated them one at a time to see if you can pin down the issue?

This isnt a problem with the mods this is the game itself im having the issue myself and so are many others, no real fix or workaround some people claim that the issue just "fixes itself" if you go do some side quests but that didn't work for me. I can't even continue the game anymore because it happened on the destination: skellige quest so it's literally stopping me from progressing.

 

No reinstalling the game won't help and no validating the cache doesnt either as this is a legitimate bug that hasnt been fixed for almost a year, it's rare but it's a pain in the ass for the people who it happens to
