What attack animation has the arm being thrusted as if casting a spell?

Hello,

 

I'm curious to know what attack animation would have the player's arm being thrust out as if casting a spell.

 

I'm also using the Project Nevada mod as well and would be grateful if someone could help me locate the aforementioned animation.

 

Also is there a way to have a weapon use infinite ammo or a scripted effect?
