Similar to the Combat Armor Legs Variation Mod, how about a mod that removes crotch armour?

So when I saw brokefoot's Combat Armor Leg Variation mod, I downloaded it immediately, since it seemed like a great idea.

 

But one thing that I would want that I'd guess involves a similar process, is removing the crotch armour from the leather and combat sets, at least for the 'sturdy' variant.

 

On the heavy variant at least there's a much denser amount of leg armour anyway that having just the crotch missing would seem kind of strange, but often times I'd like to have the combat armour+vest+ammo pouches without that crotch piece, because it makes it a lot harder to pair with other items and outfits. I do appreciate that crotch armour is fairly realistic in terms of body armour used by the military and such in the real world, but this seems like a nice visual change that wouldn't be too hard to do (though in looking at it I couldn't do it easily, so that's why I'm posting here).
