Skyrim Crashes on Loading Screen

I'm going to say that I have around probably 50 mods, atleast. I'm saying this incase it means anything.

Earlier today, my game was working fine. I was wanting to start a mage playthrough, so I downloaded some magic mods- Apocalypse, Forgotten Magic, Empowered Magic, and Lost Grimoire. I had also downloaded Ordinator. To my knowledge, these mods were compatible. I tried to start a new game, [because from what I heard that's how you test if mods work], and my game crashed 5 seconds into the loading screen. [A freeze, not CTD, if it means anything] I tried this a few more times incase if it was a one-time thing, but every time I tried, and with different saves aswell, it would always crash. I tried LOOT, which has worked for me before, but didn't this time. I ended up disabling the mods but that didn't help - my game is now continuously crashing in the loading screen. I'm afraid that I might have severely screwed up my Skyrim somehow and will need to redownload everything. Can someone please help?

First of all, back up all saves files you want to keep. From now on always do that before you install any mods, because you never know what might happen.

To start off, can you post your loot report here?

It would help a lot.

Also which mod manager are you using? if any

I use NMM. It's probably not the most effective, but it works. I don't use LOOT a lot, so I am unsure what you mean by LOOT report, forgive me if I'm wrong

Yes that is what I mean. Can you put everything in the details tab in a text file and post it here?

It would be best if you generate a new file.

I don't see a "Details" tab or anything anywhere, unless you mean the part under it. Although I appreciate your help, I may just do a clean reinstall, as that might be faster and it would allow me to change a lot of things and remove thing that I don't need safely, and it might end up doing a lot of good.
