jb1337 Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 If modding the game, I always are very careful to not break the balancing so I do not feel like a "cheater" (which takes away the fun in the game pretty fast for me). This also refers to the Unicorn, found in this mod:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13606/? Is it somehow possibly to just take this mod's model and replace Shadowmere with it? Adarcer Posted January 5, 2016 Share Posted January 5, 2016 No idea why you would want to make shadowmere a darn unicorn, considering there suppost to be good creatures ... but if you just want to change the textures and mesh its fairly easy, just find the name of the original textures/mesh and make a working folder and place the replacers inside make sure to keep folder structure. and rename the replacers the same name as the originals. zip folder name it something that you can recognize and the install / and if wanted later to remove with your current mod installation program. and DO NOT delete the originals. I have personally done this for my own game a few times for weapons that i wanted to improve .. and remember do not upload or share it as it is not your work.
