game freezing at random after i hit tab afteer trading with someone

whether it be at a store or one of my settlers now and than the game will just freeze and i have to sign out and back in to close the game it does this at completely random!

and it doesn't do it anymore so either one of both of them mods are faulty?

I'm getting this freezing too and i have neither of these mods.
