bikerbub
First things first, I'm running windows 10 on an i7 860, 8GB DDR3, dual EVGA GTX770 SC system. I'm not at home to check, but I think I've got something like 15 or 20 mods installed, including Vogue ENB. I typically get a 60fps when not much is happening, with occasional dips in dense areas and heavy dips around short grass and fire. I can look at Boston and get 60fps, and turn around to an open field and instantly drop to 30fps. Same goes for oil barrel fires and crashed Vertibirds; they cut my frames down like crazy. I think tessellation on the grass is causing issues, but I don't know how the fire is rendered, so that's beyond me. I'll be able to post a screen of my game settings when I get home later tonight. It took a few guides and a lot of trial and error to get my framerates where they are now, and I feel like this is something simple. I haven't tried validating my game files because I've got the ENB installed, and I'm not sure how that will affect things. Other than running Steam file validation, what should I try?
