Skyrim Mod Guide

I'm looking to put together a modding guide that's something between just a list of "good mods" (like GEMS) and a step-by-step guide (like STEP). Lists don't really help you understand how mods are working together and it's not very easy to build up from STEP. I want to create a guide that falls in the middle somewhere-- something for people who aren't newbies when it comes to modding, but aren't super experienced at it either.

I've googled for similar guides and haven't really found anything. Though I have found numerous instances of people asking for something like this.

Essentially, I want to include how to set up a bare bones, stable game that can be used to build up from. And then help people understand how to go on to mod their game based on what they want to do with it.

What's the bare minimum you'd have to add to your game?

So far the list I'm considering for this includes: Brawl Bugs Patch, WAF, CCF, Invisible Eye Fix, Dead Body Collision Fix, Smart Souls, StableUGrids, and Fuz Ro Doh.

Anyway, I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice or if you'd even be interested in something like this?

- SKSE & ENBoost (SKSE with ini-edit for Memory)

- USLEEP

- Better Message Box Controls & Better Dialoge Controls

- SkyUI (for MCM)

These are the first, which come to my mind

and maybe this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32505/?

though I never used it, because I never were even close to FPS-Problems in Interiors, even on my old card (gtx 560ti .. now msi gtx 970 ^^)

You know about this? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32363/?

Thanks.

I didn't include SKSE or ENBoost in the list just because I group them in my "utilities" group with Mod Organizer and LOOT. Totally forgot USLEEP even though I know it's required, oops.

I'm considering Better message box and dialogue mods, but I don't know if they should fit on the "required" list or the "nice to have" list. I have both, and didn't like the way it was set up in vanilla, but it can be played without them. What do you think?

I've used Project Optimization, but it didn't make enough of a difference to justify the plugin spot being used.

Appreciate Skyrim Project Stability link. I hadn't seen it, and it does cover a good deal of what I'm trying to do in the first part of my guide. No point reinventing the wheel if someone else has already covered the info. So I can just refer people to that guide for a lot of the more technical info that it covers.
