Castle base is corrupted

I was messing around with mods and now whenever I get close enough to The Castle to load my base, the game crashes. I used the vanilla exploit that allows you to lower the used settlement budget by dropping and picking up items several times. I got tired of this, so I installed the Bigger Settlement Budget mod, and now it keeps crashing. I uninstalled the mod, disabled all of my other mods, and reverted to an older save, and it still crashes. The Castle is my main base with all of my companions, power armor, weapons, etc. and I'd really, really, really hate to have to start a new game. Here's the list of my mods. Admittedly, I was using a lot. I marked the ones that I suspect may have influenced something with a star:

What can I do to fix this? Do I just have to move on? Please help!

Just discovered that getting close to power armor MAY be the issue! I started a new game and was using godmode to transport myself around to the different places with elements that may be the issue and when I got close to the Minutemen museum, my game crashed.

 

That or the game just can't handle Preston Garvey's incessant rambling.

 

Update: Disabled all mods related to power armor, still crashing. Disabling those mods seemed to work for the power armor crash, but something else must be wrong. :confused:
