Missing textures on (Pirated) Fallout 3

I started playing Fallout 3 a few months ago, I don't have a bank account and I don't know where to get Steam Wallet Codes in my country, so I got a pirated version instead, I installed a few mods because "why not?". I was playing but when I reached the purifier in the Jefferson memorial I noticed a red triangle with something white in the middle laying on the ground, I ignored it, later I found out it was a red rhombus with an exclamation mark on it, because I found more of them on different NPCs and enemies and anytime I approach them or use the V.A.T.S. on them the game crashes, I don't know if it's because it's pirated or because of the mods and I don't know how to fix it, here are my mods:

No excuses accepted - You can't afford it ? There are lot of things I can't afford that I don't steal to get.
