Animate that bridge near wrvr radio

I am always looking around that bridge thinking there is a switch to raise or lower the bridge but so far nothing. Would be nice to be able to raise and lower it when I want to since the settlement nearby has to wait for caravans to traverse the rad infested waters to get there instead of just crossing the bridge and of course I don't want to traverse the rad infested waters either. In fact, if there is a way to fix ANY and ALL bridges like this in the game to make them animated that would be the best thing to do.
