TheWorldofRipX
so ive got scrolls on shelves, tons...great. However when i start the game, i go into the room and it looks like someone ran into the bookshelf, many have fallen off, some are still sliding off, and there are a bunch on the floor. is there a way to make it to where they dont move in game but still be able to pick them up? duude98
I believe checking the flag "don't havok settle" in the reference's properties (double clicking) should achieve this effect.

TheLordofNyrin
Sometimes that doesnt even work when you have a lot going on as the no havok settle only applies to the CK, I would also put a collision barrier in front of the shelf to prevent the scrolls from falling out. Try messing around with the collision types until you get one that will allow you to pick up items beyind it but will prevent them from falling out.Another thing you can try is to assign the script defaultdisablehavokonload to each scroll. It will take a while but this is what you have to do to get things not to move in game but still be pick up-able. Yes, you need to assign each one separately. Try the collision layer in front of the shelf first as its the easy solution.
Dbrock1980
If you just want them to be there and not be interactive you could make statics of them
TheWorldofRipX
If you just want them to be there and not be interactive you could make statics of them well i wanted to offer them to players so at least the house mod would give them something...ill try to implement some of those things, but im so new to this (my first mod ever) that some of those are beyond my scope.
