Possibly wrong loadorder? Game works fine but some mods does not appear.

Hey guys. I just reinstalled Fallout 4 to give it another try. So I installed a bunch of interesting mods and started the game and played without problems. But then I realized that some mods are not working properly. For example the dialogue boxes are not shown when using New dialogue. My "Tasty map" does not appear whatsoever. And so forth. Since I have not experienced any problems playing (so far) I was wondering if it could possibly be the loadorder or such?

 

I use NMM and LOOT.

Nevermind, solved it. :)

I changed my ini files with:

 

1. [Archive]
   bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
   sResourceDataDirsFinal=

 

But it appears that they changed back afterwards. :/ So when I changed back and crossed read-only the problem solved.
