Unending CTD, can't even play game.

So, I was playing fine, with mods up until a couple days ago when I decided to get some new mods, however when I launched with these new mods, it would CTD the moment I loaded into game, the load screen would be fine, but the moment the load screen ended it would CTD. Since then I have, removed all mods, validated files, attempted the CTD cure-all found in these forums, uninstalled, reinstalled, which briefly made it work again after I found an extra Fallout folder in my Program Files with a spare FalloutPref.ini and then deleting it. However now running the game even through steam causes CTD the moment I load or after the load screen for a new game.

So I am slightly frustrated as I am completely incapable of playing my favourite game, with or without mods.

For those interested, I was launching through NMM, and the mods I downloaded to cause the issue were: Thunderstruck (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7672/?)

R91 Standalone (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7715/?)

Better Offensive Bobbleheads (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7806/?)

Repaired Sanctuary Bridge (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7722/?)

Stable Stocks (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7798/?)

I have since uninstalled and deleted all of these mods, but lacking other options I figure someone may know something I don't.

Any help would be much appreciated so I can go back to playing my game, even if only unmodded.

download steam setup in the browser.

rename the current steam folder and reboot.

install the steam application again only not in C:\program files...but any place other than. say C:\steam.

save your saved game files any where but back em up.

Now log back into steam and allow it to update it self.

click fallout 4 and it will re-download the Entire package and it will update it's self.

when the game is ready, run it ,wait. exit. run it again and this time play it from the start.

when your satisfied it works? copy the old saved game files into the new folder.

But, if that game does not run at all, there is a problem with it's dependent resource files it needs. like DX and visual-basics.

Thank you for your help, but I gave it a try and no improvement. I think it may be the newest Windows update that may have messed up my game, so I'm going to see about looking at it from that angle, and if that doesn't work approach it again.
