SkyrimJake15 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 I'm looking for an immersion mod. I was watching some of the ESO videos and in eso, if you chose a sorcerer class you have to play as a sorcerer. I want to be able to pick a class, like a mage, and be given bonuses that go with that class but I also want to be given large disadvantages to skills that don't support a mage character at all. For example, if you chose a mage you will be given bonuses to all magic and alchemy and a slight bonus to enchanting, but you would receive a large disadvantage to two-handed weapons and heavy armor etc... And when I say large disadvantage I don't just mean slowing the rate at which you learn that skill, I mean making it almost impossible to play while using that skill. Maybe if you were a mage you wouldn't be able to swing two-handed weapons as fast as a warrior. Or maybe you wouldn't be able to do as much damage. I thought a mod like this would be fun to use. I never got into skyrim as much as I did when I played oblivion and I thought a mod like this might help. Thanks in advance for any help.
Bobhendly Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 I dont see how this applies as "Immersion". Check the nexus mods site for some mods related to starting skills, I think.
SkyrimJake15 Posted January 10, 2016 Author Posted January 10, 2016 I couldn't find quite what I wanted. And I counts as immersion because it makes the game more realistic.
