CTD when loading a Save File

what's up everyone i've been having problems with Skyrim for about a week now (just started back to playing it). everytime i load my save file it CTDs but this was immediately after i used LOOT and TES5Edit to clean up and organize my mod plugins even before this i had issues with CTD when i went to the major town like whiterun. my load order consist of these,
