Darkangel13
Ok so I had a quick think about this, and I would consider creating script to track animation.Something like when enter PA animation plays perk is added, when Exit PA animation is played perk is removed. This can be done. And then you can add a condition HasPerk in order to use the weapon. If perk is not present you can again forge weapons put away animation. Sorry for my English. Me no speak good. Darkangel13
GetEquipped will work just fine. Are you sure? I don't think PA is classed as standard equpment. I may be wrong though. I have not checked that I will when I'll come back.
zilav
All PA pieces have ARMO records with defined body slots, I don't see why they should not be treated as equippables by the game.
yerude
Perk PowerArmorPerkis already ingame and you will get it when you use a power armor. There is no need to create another one. Also there is no need to run a script because the game already recognizes if you are wearing a powerarmor or not. Yes PA pieces can be equipped. But you would need to edit every single piece of power armor, which is a lot work. You also will get PowerArmorPerk if you use a power armor frame with no armor pieces equipped, which i think is better and more logical if you think about the frame as something like an exo sceletton. But yes, i think all variations of solutions will work. It is more a question which is less work ^^
