Ability to add Railroad Safe houses.

I would be ecstatic if i had the option to make other settlements Railroad Safe Houses.

 

Ideas:

- Access through Carrington since he stops giving missions or maybe a new type of drummer boy? PAM even after you do all / too many the DIA Caches?

- Possibly easier if you require/start with it not be affiliated with the minutemen? or not have any random settlers?

- Maybe it could be some sort of relationship perk with the railroad entirely, like adding new minutemen settlements.

 

For the record my Railroad character has never even touched Sanctuary after I left it. Red Rocket became Mercer so ive just built up a select few forts around the map, and wished they could be safe houses!
