As you have already used CCleaner and limited your search - you can check if it has cleaned up sufficiently the old references before you start re-installing the toolset. Enter 'regedit' into the search field of the windows menu and start the regedit.exe. (Do not worry - you will not edit anything, only search.)Search for 'toolset'. If the search will not show anymore a 'toolset' or 'bwdatoolset' folder or referencing keys to the old installation path or the bwdatoolset instance under hkey_classes_root, Key_current_user, hkey_local the cleanup by the CCleaner should be fine.(Referencing keys under favorites, to folders which you have created with 'toolset' in the name. logs etc, can be ignored.)
