Can't Pause or Switch Views

Hi all,

 

I'm using a PS4 controller for FO4, got the DS4 driver app all setup, everything works fine except for pausing and switching to 3d. I hit the touchpad button and options button on the controller and simply nothing happens. The only way to pause is to hit alt-tab, which will become infuriating for me. I've got ~60 mods running, is it possible one of them is causing a control malfunction? In the settings, there's also no option to map pause and switching views. Just has the basic mapping for running, sneaking, action buttons, and attacking/blocking.

This is my controls section of settings. Why are most options missing? This is so infuriating...
