CANT ACCESS SINK. AT WITS END. (Post Revised)

In my latest playthrough I have found I cannot access the Sink. All attempts to enter the sink except for 2(NOTE later), crash. Some with simply the Out of Memory Message BUT ALMOST ALL GIVE THE "Missing Master Check Load Order Message" I thought the problem might be Elianora's Awesomised Sink (Which worked fine in previous games mind you). So I attempted access with the mod active and off and laucnhing with NMM and FOMM and using saves on the balcony and before starting OWB. I've tried old saves with old characters, and I even have tried several new games with and without that mod and not one permutation of any of those has truly worked.

NOTE: One attempt went through but most of the decor was gone and there was fog everywhere (With mod, crashed fast after talking) and the other (without) went through with no models missing but ran very slow (and did not freeze or crash by itself and menus would not open, had to terminate with Task Manager).k

LAST NOTE: I do not remember where the Awesomized Sink was in the order before this issue arose.

THE COMMON SOLUTION IS CHECK FOR CONFLICTS AND MISSING MASTERS BUT ON FOMM AND FNVEDIT I COULD FIND NO CONFLICTS IN ANY FILES EVEN REMOTELY RELATED TO OWB AND NO MASTERS MESSING OR OUT OF PLACE FOR ANYTHING. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE AND WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY LIGHT THAT COULD BE SHED ON THIS SITUATION.
