Brotherhood fighter relay grenade

Hi there.
When the player side with the BoS, i think it would be legit if the brotherhood "take" some of the technologie of the institute before blowing the whole thing up.
And one of the most useful invention of the institute is the teleportation relay.

I really liked the "better institute relay grenade" mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6485/?

And i'd really be pleased if someone make the same mod but with some paladin spawning instead of synth.
Just as the mod "better institute relay grenade mod" there would be different kind of grenade who would spawn different kind of fighter from the BoS.

 

Is it hard to make ?
