Messed up female body textures

Hi there has been a problem with my game's body texture files and i dont know how to fix it.

 

I tried uninstalling other body textures and reinstalling the ones i like. It fixed my player's body but some npc such as settlers,raiders have deformed or messed up bodies such as a black lady with black head but pale white body.

 

I switched from Glorious Nude Body - > Valkyr's body -> Silky Smooth Body and im using CBBE as the body and NMM as the installer. Pls Help :*(

I installed Silky Smooth Body using nmm and then did bodyslide, configuring it how i wanted the body this resolved that issue, in bodyslide you can also SEE if the textures are showing correctly on the model,

 

be sure to select cbbe curvy body at the top :) also, if you are using non bodyslide armor and the char/npc is wearing part of that it MAY have that affect, a similar thing happens in skyrim sometimes where the texture dosent match the body and you get a strange hip seem

Thanks for the reply :smile: it worked on the body but some black npc are still having a black head and white body..

 

EDIT:

 

For some people experiencing different head and body colors for NPC what i did was i installed a face texture from Valkyr not the body texture and it fixed the problem (any face texture would solve it i guess).

did you download the right installer version?

the default version is for vanilla body, if you are using cbbe you need to download the Nuclear nude CBBE installer

Looks like you have 2 competing meshes I had that problem and uninstalled all body mods and files and reinstalled em one by one and when it broke I knew the culprit. Hope that helps!!

I know from the screenshot you didn't install the Body and Underwear mods correctly. The meshes are there, but the textures are not. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling CBBE, bodyslide and the Underwear mod you have. (I know this advice is the last thing you want to hear "turn it off and on" but I believe that sometime during the download process something f***ed up.) Also run loot, I am pretty sure that your load order is out of whack. Not sure why you have 3 different underwear mods either, but hey, I like to party too.

 

 

You know what, looking at that list again I know exactly what is causing it. You have Valkyr Body, CBBE and 3 underwear mods installed. Get rid of Valkyr body (keep the Valkyr Face). Reinstall CBBE, Jane's Body and ONE underwear mod, Either Lacy or sporty, that other one is janky.
