Advice for settings & stutter issue

I am trying to play F4 on this;

MSI GE70 2PC Apache

Intel Core I7 4710HQ 2.50GHz

16 GB RAM

NVIDIA GTX 850M

128GB SSD (where the steam, F4 and mods are)

 

Whenever i started F4 it tries to arrange my graphics settings to low. I tried to read only the ini files but it is really annoying

These are FPS values; (no godrays, shadow quality medium)

Ultra: 30-40fps

High: 35-45fps

Medium: 40-50fps

Low: 45-55fps

 

However after playing 2-3minutes, stuttering starts and fps values decreases like -10-15fps.

Additionally if i enter the workshop in settlements, again fps values decreases like -10-15fps.

 

I even tried to tweak the ini files, reducing the

fDirShadowDistance=100.0000

fShadowDistance=100.0000

yes 100 (one hundered) and the fps values increases like 15-20fps

however i cannot manage to kill the stuttering.

Even in

iSize H=720

iSize W=1280

resolutions and ultra-low on everything, fps is always 60 but when stuttering starts the fps drops like hell.

Maybe i messed up while playing with mods. I am now reinstalling the game.

this time i will not forget to have a backup save :tongue:

any suggestions?
