SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE! (Blood Boiling)

I've been trying for days now to get Old World Blues to work again and I dogged at every turn by the same problem. No matter what I do entering the Sink initiates a crash, occasionally with the "Out of Memory Pop", but 99% of them are the "Missing Master Check Mod Load Order".*

I have ONLY ONE MOD (Elianora's Awesomized Sink) that touches then physical environment of the sink AT ALL. I have ad nauseum checked FOMM and FNVEdit for fatal conflicts, extra dirtiness in pertinent areas, and for missing files and have consistently found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MISSING OR IN CONFLICT; yet still even on a BRAND NEW SAVE** it crashes with the "Missing Master" prompt.

 

* ODD NOTES: Three times the Sink has "sort of loaded" there was nothing particular or unique about these loading except that it loaded the regular textures on even on the attempts that had the Awesome mod active. One of them with the mod active didn't load the regular texture or the mod texture but a semi-sink space with grey fog and an orange light all about. One loaded the normal sink and ran slow and would not open menus or interact with doors or npcs, technically this one would not crash and actually had to be terminated. The last one (On a new save file as distinct from the other two) loaded the normal sink texture environment and crashed after 10 seconds. One more detail is after every single attempt the autosave displays the normal interior of the sink as the game had not crashed but naturally does not load that way.

 

** Note that I have tried new game saves without the Awesomized Sink as well as checking for Active Wasteland in case that had something to do with it. I have some Ojo Bueno Textures but none for the architecture or interiors of OWB. No other location in all of the game has had this problem and the problem is universal now to all saves even ones before my current character that had used the awesome sink and completed old world blues normally.
