Is there a way to increase how much freedom I have in customizing a face?

Hi. Is there a way to increase how much I can modify a face in the character creation system, or is there a more powerful tool that I could use to create a face outside of the game? Specifically, my problem is that the game doesn't let me place the lower face as close to the neck as I'd like. The lower face extends farther forward than it does in the real-life face that I'm trying to recreate.
