Stutter Remover is not loading anymore, please help

I have NVSE and NV Stutter Remover installed. I also have plenty other mods including XRE pilotable Vertibird mod. I just recently installed 4GB New Vegas to improve memory issues. The readme of 4GB New Vegas states that I should just launch the game via 4GB New Vegas.exe, and it should automatically detect and load NVSE by itself. However, when I first launched the game via 4GB New Vegas, the game gave me this notification:

http://oi68.tinypic.com/29xb4li.jpg

First, I thought that this was just an issue concerning 4GB New Vegas and Stutter Remover only, but now after having tried launching the game using 4GB.exe, whenever I try to launch the game using NVSE launcher, it continues to give the same notification as I posted above. And I already had both NVSE and stutter remover installed way before, and it didn't give an error/notification as this before until I installed 4GB New Vegas and tried to run it. No matter whatever I tried to change in my stutter remover .ini file, it gives the same error in every startup regardless of NVSE launcher or 4GB launcher.

Here are the pictures that are showing I installed everything correctly:

Here's my whole load order in case if you are wondering about it (though, it's a little bit huge, you might need to save the image to your disk and manually zoom in to be able to read the list):

Here's my whole Stutter Remover.ini settings:

See if any of this makes sense:

KyleCrafty wrote: I'm sure I did something wrong here. I installed stutter remover yet I'm informed by a popup deal that it's not? I also get massive amounts of stutter now. Not sure what's going on

I think the Stutter remover has been updated since the XRE Vertibird has been released. This happened as well with the IWR. A better version of it came out and because Ermeso is either extremely busy or .... well you know... I hope not ... anyway, I think XRE is looking for the outdated versions of the Stutter Remover (it also does the same for IWR) and because it can't find that particular version it freaks out and thinks you don't have it (or IWR if applicable) installed.

If you know you installed it (and IWR) correctly then just click on the option that says never display this message again.

That's just a hunch by the way.

As for stuttering (assuming you're flying) you have to remember that Fallout New Vegas isn't designed for flight. So while you're "flying around" the game is trying to load A LOT of cells at once, because you're moving from one cell to another cell, at a pace way too fast for the game. You could try flying at higher altitudes to where the game doesn't load every freaking thing in every cell at once and maybe that could help. With some stuttering problems (again assuming this occurs when you fly).

Not saying that it will work; it's just something based off experience with older flyable vertibird mods such as the Arlix flyable vertibird mod, and the J3X Vertibird New Vegas Style. All of these those mods did the same thing when flying low and fast. The game crashed because it was too much too fast.

There is also a U-Grids mod that Ermeso uploaded it's meant to help with things like this. It pre-loads the cells around you to make transitions from one cell to another cell smoother.

Again all of that is a hunch so feel free to ignore.

Oh and check out Gopher's videos about the stutter remover he may have something there that could with reducing your stutters even further. He does a great job explaining how to set it up so your system can handle it.
