Can someone help me make a character that looks like the Arisha class from Vindictus

Hi, I'm new to skyrim modding and I was wondering if I could make my character look like the Arisha class from Vindictus. Can anyone recommend some mods that could help me create character that looks like her.

i need this too...
ive been trying to figure out how to just port the character to skyrim...attacks,sound files,facial expressions,tattoos,outfits...everything i saw on youtube someone did it with vella
