Items like Beds and floors and other items can not be Placed....

Like I stated in the Topic I am having an issue where items like beds and desks and such can not be placed...it's like the floor in what ever building I am in is NOT there even though I am walking on it and non movable items are there...but if I go outside the building (these are preexisting buildings like the Castle) and just on the castle grounds I CAN place the items...go too move em and they turn red not place-able .

I believe that's caused by Spring Cleaning.

The author of that mod recommeds using Simple intersection to solve it

To assist with identifying the problem could you provide a list of the mods that you are running in a spoiler block please?

 

However, if you just want to treat the symptom you might have some luck with the Place Everywhere mod by TheLich which as the name suggests allows items to be placed everywhere.
