Make ghouls more zombie-like

So i was thinking that i would like a mod that makes the feral ghouls in the game a little more vunerable.

 

For example, make the limbs easy to dismember, the head is an instant kill however the torso can a lot of shots.

 

i think if you have a lot of ghouls spawn at one piont, it could be fun. No random shooting in the chest, but carefully shooting the limbs and head.

But it's not exactly what i'm looking for. That mod applies to any character in the game. It also weakens the torso.

 

What i'm looking for is specifically a mod that makes the limbs and head really weak, but the torso damn strong. Specifically for Feral Ghouls

Cause you know in the movies it's always like that. Hit them in the head, insta kill, chop off their arms like nothing, shoot them in the torso, no effect.
