How can i change HRV color in Blacklight retribution.

i am currently using modified foxhud in blr . but i want to change the color of the HRV any one know how to do it plz share.

i have decompressed all the .upk files from cookedpcconsol folder, but i dont know where to look to change Hrv color.

 

I found these values in foxgame.upk under FoxBillboardUIObjectBase, i think these might change the hrv color any help will be appeciated.

 

i am unable to apply changes becos i dont know how to use hex editor.
