volksjager88 Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 probably will need geck for this but...one thing i really hate about 4 is the leveling/perk/skill system.the system in 3 / NV was way better.if i wanted to dump all my skill points into say lockpick and max it out early i could.not so with the 4 system where the perks and skills are lumped together and you have to wait till a certain level to get the skillthe new system is oversimplified and great limits how your character can be built at low levels Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
