[Need Help] Setting the right position for the Guard at his Guard post.

I'm going to release a very simple mod, it will add sandbags walls as defence/guard post.

 

It works exactly like the normal wood guard post: you craft it, place it, and after you assign it to a settler it will give you +2 defence.

 

You can understand what my problem is from the screenshots: the guard doesn't place himself on the right position. Does someone know how can I fix it, please? What should I edit to change his standing position?
