Tamira
well the walking and pass through collision works fine but there is no impact collision  I set the NiTriShape names in the collision file with the right material types but attacking the surfaces doesn't do anything! uhhggg... You mean when you hit the surface with a weapon?Strange. I tested your nif in my test worldspace and everything worked fine. I only found two different materials to hit - stone and metal - and both worked fine (and differently) when I hit them with a steel-axe.Only thing you might change are the main skyrim layer and skyrim layer copy in the Rigid Body, they are both set to SKYL_ANIMSTATIC, change that to SKYL_STATIC. But it works nonetheless. On another note: Have a look at the handrail at the double stairs in the middle, they appear black. Go to the NiTriShapeData in that NiTriShape and set Has Vertex Colors to yes.And I noticed several visible gaps in your nif.
icecreamassassin
thanks for having a look at it. Yeah I am in the process of cleaning up the hairline gaps now, and thanks for the handrail, I missed that one. I'll check out the materials manually again, but yeah it seems like certain surfaces don't register the hit, while others do. It's kinda weird. I do have a lot of work to do on the model as far as splitting up certain objects so it works better with multiple lights which are mounted on the walls in certain spots, but all in all it's coming together pretty well. Thanks for your help! :)
