Karma based perks

Im making perks based on karma (there are 2 traits that you can pick: deal with the devil and god's child that set you at max karma either way and my perks check for those traits) anyone have ideas for these? right now i have been working on evil ones.

1) deal more damage but get hit with critical hits more often

2) drugs last 3x longer but your addicted more often and the shakes last longer. while under the influence you gain move speed, hit chance, and damage

3) trying to make it if you hit hand to hand/melee you regain some health but i am unable to get that one working right now

 

i want 2 versions of the evil path: a stealthy/manipulative path and an almost berserker/killer path. for the good paths i want: a good natured speaker/healer priest kind of path and a paladin/cowboy vigilante path. if anyone can help me make a heal type spell (heal hp/limbs) that would be amazing since my versions have yet to work

the abilities get better at higher levels with a plan to have quite a few to choose from. new idea is to have the 2 paths for each good/evil as its own trait so that way its almost like a skill tree, ie Sadist for the killer/addict perks and Cowboy Justice for the vigilante perks. I dont know how to make someone only able to pick one trait since when you pick them you take 2 traits at once, preventing any pre-req check from running so i might make them level 2 perks because i know how to prevent someone from taking more than 1 that way
