Story Line bug * Vault Tec trigger

So I recently encountered a strange bug which has broken my broken my game, I recently installed a bunch of new mods, one of which for some reason got rid of all my game saves, I wasn't too worried about it though. I'm planning a fresh playthrough of a modded Fallout but something has broken the game's trigger for the vault tech to show up at my door in the beginning of the game. I'm going to include my mod list as since it may help someone let me know which mod may be bugging my system, but I've created 2 new character, walked around the house talked to Codsworth, and played with Shaun yet the vault tech never shows up at my door. I did try to COC into the game, but since I never choose my attributes I can't seem to run.

a mod that got rid of all your save games?

 

umm that aint right at all man, any mod that does that is more a virus than a mod..... mods DONT remove files....

 

as for this issue, have you walked around the house triggering everything? the magazine, your coffee etc etc,

 

there are only 2-3 mods in your order that i think COULD be responsible for this but then im not an expert and i dont use alot of the mods you are using...

ok thats pretty interesting, how many active mods does NMM say you have? because i see alot of = 0 there

 

is that intentional ?

 

Im not sure about mod caps or what not, also I havent updated my fallout because i have heard too many people having issues with later update,
