Interior of the Vikki and Vance Casino is bugged, can mod be causing it ?

So after a while without playing the game, and with a 6 month old installation with a bunch of mods I started playing today again, and now that I arrived at Primm the Vikki and Vance Casino looks f***ed up, I tried looking for mods that changed it but couldn't find any, the problem is that the two doors on the casino looks like there is nothing behind them, that normal white-ish plain texture that when you go in it you fall down, but when I go in then, the room actually exist, it's pretty strange bug that I suppose is caused by a mod because I've never seen it before, and the inside the casino is quite laggy too, and it shouldn't be, can anyone help me pinpoint what it is ? If it's a mod or a bug of some sort.

I really hope someone can help me :D

Edit: Another thing I noticed is that people say the casino only opens for bussines when you restore the law to Primm, and I haven't done that and it's already open, can that maybe be the cause for the bug ?

I started experiencing the exact same problem as you today. When I found this topic, and looked at your load order, I realized there were a few mods we had in common. From there I started a process of elimination and uninstalled the mods that we both had one by one until the bug was resolved. It turned out that the Blue Hotel mod is in fact the cause, because when I uninstalled it, the bug was completely gone. Hope that helps you.
