Severed -- Not Exploded

Oi all

 

I'm wanting to add some gore to a cell, but the genericmultidismemberment script explodes the limbs, I want them severed. I tried changing the linkedRef to 2 instead of one, thinking that's what it was for, ie, 1 = explode, 2 = sever, but that didn't work. Is there a way to chose between the two types of dismemberment?

Yup, I found those and used them, torso with head, w/o, intestines and such. What I'm wanting is body parts like you would get in-game when you use a blade type melee and slice an arm, leg, head with it, which leaves you, for example, with a head in its integrality with its meatcap, and not eyes over here, brain over there, etc.

 

I could easily make a model for each of those parts, tho they would be unlootable (like the West parents' corpses in Arefu). That would kinda make sense though: can't wear cut-up clothing and not much to loot on a leg. Maybe on a torso with pants pockets...

k, thanks, I'll keep trying to figure it out.

 

On another note, I should know by now not to use the word 'easy' when it comes to modding....

Thought it would be as simple as importing the head mesh and exporting it as a static object : /
