I am new to modding to a degree as far as not knowing how to right or edit them (not enough patience for TES World editor.) I know enough to avoid mod conflicts check all mod installs after each one and i have build my self up to a hefty list now working with NO conflict that effects game play or appearance. i still have A LOT more I'm gonna be using so I'll Start simple so you know why I'm able to do this many with no lag on max graphics. My computer.....

 

AMD Phenom 2 x4 3.00 ghz processor

4 GB ddr3

1.5 terabite hard drive 500 gb dedicated to oblivion and the soon coming elder scrolls 5

ATI Radeon HD 5700 1 gb ddr3 or 2 not sure which it was

downside windows 7 but xp isn't 32 bit and vista stinks.

Firstly you don't appear to have the unofficial patches installed - they do a lot of bug fixing and are highly recommended/essential.

 

AA/A-cup stock clothing replacers exist for the HGEC body - just take a little finding.

 

Download and use BOSS for the load order, making sure you update the masterlist.txt to the latest version first. It will give you a nearly perfectly optimised load order, unless you specifically want to override it.
