"How Little We Know" Quest consistantly CTDs

As described in the title, I began the quest "How Little We Know" through the NCR, and, as the quest says, I went to talk to the receptionist at Gomorrah. However, whenever the dialog finishes for the choice that would lead to the quest updating, my game instantly crashes straight to the desktop. For some clarification, here's the dialog choice that leads to the crash:

Nevermind, did some spring cleaning with my mods today, and now the issue is mysteriously fixed. Hopefully I won't run into any more problems.
