EaglesSorrow Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 i;m doing a play through of FO3 using the c.o.t.w mod. my laptop is not a power house,so due to high quality clothes from alicia's cute shop. i'm very limited to whatmy charcter can wear. is there a way i can make adult clothes (mainly prewar items) to fit my charcter? also, is there a way i can lower the quality on clothes?
