ice_boxx
So you know Frostcrag Spire, the one that came with Knights of the Nine... Would anyone be able to set up a stable outside or nearby? When I say a stable I mean like "Chestnut Handy" or one of those. My character has three horses, and they look so COLD standing out in the Jerall Mountains with no shelter.... :P The only thing I ask of these stables is that they have two Nordic NPCs, one male and one female. These NPC's don't have to talk or sell anything... just exist. Sooooo yeah. If anyone'd be willing to set this up, I'd love them FOREVER... :D

ice_boxx
ARGH!!! I love you. Thanks so much!! Cooool. Well I'm in no rush, so take your time and stuff... Any chance you hinting at what these... "few other things" might be? :P PS, random off topic, YAY FOR V in your avatar. :P
Vagrant0
Make sure you remember to setup the horse AI and scripting to recognize the new stable. It can be rather confusing, looking at how the horses are setup with the usual stables helps. You can't just place statics and standard horses. You'll probably even need to adjust the scripting of existing horses in order for them to stay at the stable. One of the reasons why stable mods don't work well is because of how backward the scripting for horses is.

Thanks Vagrant, I am taking lots of care on this, and learning a lot on the way too :) I am getting much better with scripting so controling few horses shouldn't be a prob :P Any chance you hinting at what these... "few other things" might be? The idea I have is ambitious for this mod, but in short I want to model it on "my big castle" ideas, mostly still testing how things work etc. There will be a difference in that this mod will have all havoked surfaces, because I will add when all is done a quest for rogue/assasin :D ( I missed stalking the rooftops in oblivion ) Here are some pics of things... most of the stuff there will be moved/removed/edited etc. Most of interiors are somewhat done... still working on castle interior... lots of work still need to do there, that is why guards are camping outside :P http://xs216.xs.to/xs216/07241/OblivionBrunswickPicAA.jpg.xs.jpghttp://xs216.xs.to/xs216/07241/OblivionBrunswickPicAB.jpg.xs.jpghttp://xs216.xs.to/xs216/07241/OblivionBrunswickPicAC.jpg.xs.jpghttp://xs216.xs.to/xs216/07241/OblivionBrunswickPicAD.jpg.xs.jpg

I'm honestly at a loss as to how you modders do it... It's just not my thing... :P Now I'm excited!! Can't wait to see the final result.

Sypron
Possibility for getting the horses to stand still>> Disable their AI when they are in the stable and you get off them. But I don't know if you will safetly be able to get back on.
