Ive been playing DD for a while now and only now i found out that there was berserk armour in game and i got so hyped... Just to find that its only in damn console versions.

So i been digging in the internet to find a way to add them and this post looks promising.

I mean sure theres the chaos armour that like referencing Guts armour but its not enough.

If theres anything i can do to help tell me,

good luck!

Well as we all know the swordsman + white hawk set was console exclusive. I don't mean to be a Cpt. Obvious here, but perhaps if you got your hands on a digitized copy of the 360/PS3 version, like an ISO or ripped torrent of sorts, then you may be able to extrapolate the files from there.. not sure if it's a savory suggestion to put forward on this forum, or even a helpful one. Best of luck to you lillmuppen.

Well i did post that i had the ps3 files before since i have the original game on ps3, so yeah i have access to all files and i also posted a pic of the thousandlimbs from the actual game files.

But so far i haven't done anything more than my last post, i've been sick for a few days after i got the Japanese VoiceOver Project finished, which have been quite a big success so far.

But i will dig some more now during the week since i have my kids now for a few days so i won't have time to do that for now.

I've got some interesting info about models and animations though so i might actually be able to do something soon, as long as i can find the vocation data and open up all the ps3 files i need to open to get the missing info and implement that into the pc files.

I'll let you guys know as soon as i've progressed further but so far i can atleast make so a shopkeeper sells the items and with a working description so it's just a matter of time before i can find the other data i need.

It sounds promising, I've been confident all along that you can figure it out. I've tried to dig up any kind of useful info but I'm no expert and I just keep finding the same old s#*!... Nothing useful. Anyway I doubt there's much I can do but I'll keep an ear to the ground (maybe I could turn more of the DD community's attention to this thread?). But again, we Berserk fans are extremely grateful for your efforts here. Get well man, and enjoy the time with your kids.

Okay, so the actual ps3 models doesn't seem compatible with the pc version, specifically the .mod and .mrl files.

You can switch out let's say two001 model and use that one with two002 model, basically just swap them, but by doing the same thing with thousandlimbs makes the game crash....

So yeah, until that is solved somehow it's impossible to do anything else for now.

Edit: And with that i mean the .mrl and .mod files needs to either be correctly converted if there is such a thing, or someone need a program to open those files up and convert them or export and then recreate them.

Im not much inte modelling so i really know what needs to be done, but let's hope someone can share some more light onto this.

I don't know if this will help, but maybe since xbox and windows are owned by the same company could the files be more compatible. I know this doesn't help you much but maybe if someone else has the xbox version we can work from there?

I do have the xbox 360 original DDDA dvd's both of them, the problem is ripping it since it's protected and then opening up the files is a bigger problem.

The dlc files doesn't have any name or anything, so opening them is kinda hard.

I did try it once before without any success which is why i started digging through the ps3 files.

But not an bad idea.
