How can I add a custom item via the console command "additem"?

 

I like to put this armor since at the begining.of the game http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28989

 

Is there a way to know the item code of an item? Or maybe there are another way to add this item.

You will have to find the item ID in the Construction set, and then when typing the ID ingame, add the load order number for the mod before the ID. If you have the item ingame, but want to copy it, you could use RefSkope: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21862 to get its ID.
