Trouble With My Mods

I've recently tried to get back into the Witcher 3. I tried the larger portion of my night trying to fix the mods I had working. I've tried to update them, check with script merger, everything I could think of. I don't know what the issue is.

 

My mod list is as follows:

FS Restored Icons

No Auto Sword Sheathe

AutoLoot

Icon Text - Combined

Icon Text - DLC

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Whenever I launch I get this pop-up:

From looking at your errors is looks as though the Sword sheath and autoloot mods may be either out of date or conflicting.
