Weapon/Armor mod auto-strip

Basically adds a new command to weapon and armor workbenches when used. The command automatically reverts a weapon/armor to it's "Standard" variant (any mod labelled "standard" or has "standard" for a description). Mainly useful for people who like to hoard weapons to the point that looking at a box of weapons causes the game to freeze for a bit to load the item names or those who want to keep the mods until they need 'em but scrap the multitude of weapons you eventually get.
